The Tiny House, of which the exterior has just been completed and buttoned-up in 2023, leaves the new owners to finalize the interior acording to taste and style. The house is taking centre place with 360° views of the surrounding tropical gardens.

HOUSE FEATURES

  • The two story (44 sqm) Tiny House is made of solid wood and is able to house up to 4 people.

  • Very efficient in the use of available space (3D-interior plans are available for buyer)

  • The ground floor features high ceilings while the first floor consists of two mezzanines with sloping ceilings to the rear end (app. 185cm at entrance to 150cm) towards the sleeping area.

  • The inside is left to you to finalize and build to your tastes. Whether you want wood or plaster board walls, a composting or conventional toilet, you can build or let build.

  • We have a building plan as well as builder contacts from the surroundings, a saw mill nearby, even a house for rent until the house in construction is ready to move in.

  • The village has its own (drinking-) water supply with the water pipes and electricity running past the entrance of our field ready to be extended, unless you choose to live off-grid (there is also a well on our land).

  • We have an official building permit, standing on titled land

  • Vastu build (even political buildings like the White House in the US or the Reichstag in Germany are built accordingly, but no-one mentions it.

The house is attached on 8 concrete stilts, it has a closed wooden ceiling and Metallum aluminum roof with an air gap for the accumulating heat to escape.
